Having qualified in Addiction Studies and Addiction Counselling in 1996 Ger worked in Listowel and North Kerry Community Drug Initiative.
Ger has huge experience working with the individual and in group therapy. Over the years he has specialised in both relapse prevention and supporting family members. Gers approach is respectful, empathic, congruent and acceptance as he challenges the person’s addiction and behaviours in the process.
